The Pawnee Nation’s Office of Human Resources is responsible for all aspects of personnel management. This scope of work includes, but is not limited to, advertising vacant positions, recruiting highly qualified and skilled applicants, managing employee relations, administering benefit plans, developing and deploying policies and procedures, maintaining personnel and payroll records, monitoring compliance with applicable federal, state, and tribal laws, establishing wage and compensation rates, payroll, and providing relevant training. Current funding for the Office of Human Resources stems from the Indirect Cost pool.
