The Pawnee Nation Special Diabetes Program Provides services to all Native Americans who are diagnosed with diabetes, who have a Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card, and who live in the Pawnee area. The service area includes the cities and townships of: Blackburn, Cleveland, Hallet, Jennings, Lone Chimney, Maramec, Pawnee, Quay, Shady Grove, Skedee, Terlton, Westport, Ralston and Yale. Prevention materials and programs are open to everyone.

Free Diabetic related material
Individual Health Screenings
Diabetes Awareness Support Groups
Blood Glucose Monitoring (Glucometers & strips), education and ongoing consultation
Incentive Programs available at this time:
