Dawna Hare, an enrolled member of the Pawnee Nation, was first hired as the Personnel/Communications/Enrollment Director in 1989 and has served as Executive Director since 1995. While reporting directly to the Pawnee Business Council, Ms. Hare oversees the day-to-day operations of the tribe’s 29 programs.  Ms. Hare, who is a graduate of Haskell Indian Junior College and the University of Kansas with a degree in Personnel Administration, regularly participates in tribal activities.  Her community service work includes involvement with the Oklahoma Rural Development Council, the Pawnee Foundation of Academic Excellence, and the American Indians Into Psychology Advisory Committee at Oklahoma State University.
