The Pawnee Nation’s Office of Human Resources is responsible for all aspects of personnel management.  This office advertises vacant positions, recruits highly qualified and skilled applicants, manages employee relations, administers benefit plans, develops and deploys policies and procedures, maintains personnel records, monitors compliance with applicable federal, state, and tribal laws, establishes wage and compensation rates, and provides relevant training.

Recruitment for vacant positions is administered by the Office of Human Resources. Vacant positions are advertised through local media and on the tribal website. The Office of Human Resources is located in Building 64 at 881 Little Dee Drive on the tribal reserve. Mailing address is P.O. Box 470, Pawnee, OK, 74058.

EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS
Upon successful completion of the 90 Day Introductory Period, full-time, regular status Pawnee Nation employees are eligible to receive life insurance, dental insurance, and 401k retirement benefits. We do not provide health insurance at this time.
