The Pawnee Nation district Court and the Supreme Court provide a tribal court system for the administration of justice for the Pawnee Nation in criminal, civil and juvenile matters. The tribal Courthouse is located at 861 Little Dee Drive, Pawnee Tribal reserve. The Chief Judge hears and determines all cases: the Court Clerk administers the court and maintains the legal files; the tribal prosecutor prepares the criminal complaints and the public defender represents indigent clients, the guardian ad litem represents juvenile clients.
