COMMUNITY HEALTH REPRESENTATIVE

The Pawnee Nation CHR Program strives to advocate promote and facilitate access to health care to the Pawnee people and the Native Americans in our service area. We provide educational programs to bring changes and promote a healthy lifestyle. Our home visit program allows us to monitor the health status of our elderly and homebound clients and assist them in accessing health care when needed.
