CHILDCARE DEVELOPMENT AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

3:20 - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
to begin the new school year
APPLICATIONS CAN BE PICKED UP AT ANYTIME AT THE CHILD CARE DEVELOPMENT OFFICE LOCATED IN THE MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING
Requirements:
Reside with parent(s)/ legal guardian(s) whom are working outside the home, attending some type of basic skills/GED Programs/Vocational training program or the child is in need of or receiving protective services. Be under the age of thirteen (13) or under age nineteen (19) and in need of protective services; under court supervision; physically or mentally disabled and incapable of caring for himself or herself. Physically reside on or near the Pawnee Nation’s CCDF Service Area and within the same household as the eligible parents(s)/legal guardian(s).- Physically reside with a household where gross income does not exceed 130% of the National Poverty Level. Income eligibility requirement may be waived if the child is in need of protective services. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis in consultation with an ICW Social Worker (THIS REQUIREMENT IS NOT NEEDED FOR THE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM).
Be an enrolled member of the Pawnee Nation or any federally recognized Indian Nation; eligible for enrollment based on the parent/guardian’s blood quantum; a non-Indian child whom resides with a Native American household where CCDF program eligibility will depend on the Native American parent(s) eligibility.- Be able to provide proof of immunization if such information is requested.
