POSITION: Child Care Teacher (Two Full-Time; One Part-Time; Misc. Substitutes)

SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for young children attending the Pawnee Nation Learning Center

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 18+ Years of Age; High School diploma or GED; 6+ Months Experience working in a child care setting; Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds; Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of children and the Learning Center; Working knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the Pawnee language; Ability to pass a background investigation; CPR & First Aid Training (within one month of hire); Ability to maintain confidentiality of children and families

POSITION: Indian Child Welfare (ICW) Assistant

SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for clerical support of the ICW Program

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED; Two Years of related office work experience; Typing at 50+ WPM; Experience working with computers, printers, photocopiers, etc.; Software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Powerpoint; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Interest in the welfare of the Native American family and lifestyle; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Ability to pass a background investigation;

POSITION: Admissions Assistant, Pawnee Nation College

SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for carrying out a wide variety of clerical duties that allow the Director of Admissions to plan, organize, direct, and control organizational functions of the Admissions Office; Act as support staff for the ONLI program

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma; Work experience in higher education; Experience working with photocopiers, calculators, records, etc.; Software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Powerpoint; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Availability for travel on behalf of PNC.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree; Work experience in tribal programs.

SUMMARY:  Primarily responsible for Diabetes education, prevention, treatment, and monitoring activities within the Native American community

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education or related field; One Year work experience in health field; Knowledge of research & data collection; Experience with program planning & implementation; Valid Drivers License; Insurability with Pawnee Nation’s Insurance Carrier

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Registered Nurse
